What I Wore Today: Burrito Blue

Tuesday, April 26, 2011

Nothing special about this outfit post except for the fact that I won't be having my usual "side-view" poses. Had a gigantic burrito the size of my face for lunch. *burp! then afterwards stopped by the grocery to get some milk. Fun! lol! My mom days are usually made up of those kinds of errands.

Here's me rushing to apply some last minute lip gloss on before Dennis takes my photo. We're always rushing to take photos, he gets impatient when I take too long or am too fussy with my hair or clothes, hence the lack of make-up in most of my photos. Such a typical man, my typical man. haha :)
My favorite lip gloss:
barbie loves stila lip glaze in XOXO. LOVE it! :)
and here's my errands outfit for the day:

Question: Is it just me or do you guys also have such a difficult time dressing up during periods? It seems my mind just draws up a complete blank when I stare at my closet's contents during red flag days.

gtg, see you later, have nice day. LIVE GREEN :)

boom tiyaya boom tiyaya...

Every time I see your Oro Nero clogs I get tempted to get my own! :) I actually have a hard time dressing up when I'm PMSing. Nothing appeals to me and I feel insecure about my sense of style. Then I feel better about myself once I get my period. :P

you should! i really like them a bit difficult to walk in on cobbled areas but they're fine on flat surfaces. my pms lasts really long and i also get really insecure. im on my 3rd day. too much info? lol! :)

been a silent reader but this time I gotte comment hehehe... I actually can relate about the red flag days... Its such a pain the ass during those days especially in my case (PCOS) I feel so sick and ugly. I just tend to wear black ensemble or a dress when I have it.

Love the color blue tee and I wish I can also wear high heels shoes quite often here in our country but I'm so tall, everytime I wear I can hear some side comments from people that I dont need to wear heels anymore... =(

I really like your outfit! It's simple, but really cute. I feel the same way on red flag days. It's always a tough time figuring out what to wear.

@baya: first of all, thank you for reading my blog, second, it really infuriates me how much people pay sooo much attention to what people are wearing instead of just minding their own business. fashion is just a means of expressing our inner individuality and "these people" should just accept it as it is. i'm only 5'1" and i'd love to be way taller and wear heel at the same time. you're probably blessed with model legs and their probably just jealous. if you can, try not to mind them and just embrace what you love. in my experience, i find that people who talk the most are the ones who look the "dowdiest". good luck to ya, hope you find the perfect pair of heels for you :)
