What I Wore Today: Coco

Wednesday, April 6, 2011

This is the total opposite of my personal style, but I had a casual "business meeting" to go to and it was hot. This is definitely a classic look with the houndstooth and Chanel bag but definitely not me, this is me trying to dress more mature. :)

I'm probably the only person who goes to meetings in 6 inch Dany platforms. Haha! But it was casual so I decided to nix the basic black pumps and still add a little bit of me with the platforms.

I'm having trouble replying to all your comments and have been contemplating on wether or not to use Disqus. Would you prefer that? The problem for me with disqus is that I personally experience glitches sometimes and am unable to leave comments on other blogs that use Disqus. Are you fine with the standard blogger comment form? Any suggestions? :)

I'm so tired, have a lot of sewing to do, plus meetings, and quite a bit of grocery shopping. It's hard being a mom and juggling it all together. Although I admit, I prefer being busy.

I love the "different" look! :)) You never fail to surprise us with how youll put together your outfits, Sarah! :) Btw, di din ako ma-Disqus, the last time I tried it akala ko nawala na old comments ko hehe, but it's also a nice comment form para makareply to everyone individually <3 :) Oh! And I love being busy too before, ewan ko anong nanyari sa akin ngayon haha! :D :)

I think this outfit is lovely! I saw some Danys in real life yesterday and marveled at how tall they actually are. So bravo to you for not falling down. They look cute with the printy jaunty top.

As for commenting systems, I do like disquis, because it allows commenting outside of the blogger platform, but since you have the option of linking to a url, I think the one you have is fine!

Love this "mature" look :DDD And I agree, it's kinda hard to reply to comments using the standard Blogger comment form. I haven't had probs with Disqus (yet). I'd be fine either way :D

I prefer posting comments the way it is. I have problems leaving comments on other blogs using disqus but whatever floats your boat since this is your blog.

Don't worry, those shoes are to die for and useful in meetings. Killer shoes and jessica simpson's dany would be the right one for the job.

Love the heels- great way to spice up your outfit! :) Also, I use Disqus on my blog, I really like be able to reply directly to people's comments, and I haven't had too many problems with it!

i'm having the same dilemma...disqus or not?! i was about to pose the same question to my readers as well! i'm sure there are probably more advantages to disqus than disadvantages.

love your shirt, and of course, the shoes!
