grandma would be proud

What? Nothing black? Not a trace of leather in my clothing? I managed to sneak in a few studs, can you see where?

I've noticed that in the past few weeks or so, most of my ootd's have been predominantly in black or white with the exception of  a few so I decided to shake things up a little and wear something colorful for a change.

This very "ladies who lunch" type outfit would make my grandma proud, I can almost hear her approval as I type.

Getting a lot of mileage from this simple yellow top I purchased from SM Ladies Fashion a few weeks ago.  The basic design makes it a no brainer to mix and match with a multitude of pieces that already exist in my closet. Unlike a basic t-shirt, this one is made in a more luxurious fabric which makes the over-all look a bit more polished.

Moving on to other things, I'm not sure what's wrong with me lately. Been having difficulty putting my words down since yesterday. It's a mental block of epic proportions. I seem to hit a brick wall after two lines. It's so frustrating. Was trying all afternoon to write an article that is almost due but I just can't seem to do it. Weird. Usually, the words just flow out of my head but this time every little sound and motion is a distraction plus I've been suffering from a 10 second memory. A thought pops into my head and when I'm about to type it, I forget. Gah! Partly the reason why I decided to take a break and just do an outfit post instead. You just can't force certain things. Hoping I'll wake up fresh tomorrow and be able to perform better. God knows I'm tired. Thank god for Paul who not only took these awesome photos, but for also taking the liberty to actually do the post editing for me.  All I had to do was add my watermark! Yay, you the best! :D
