|Here's the 2nd installment of my Quick and Healthy series which I started to hopefully inspire you guys to ride along my fitness journey through healthy eating and Crossfit!|
Aside from being super delicious, this recipe gets plus points for several reasons.

Saute sliced onions (til brown at edges), chopped garlic, ground pork in coconut oil. Pour in a bit of fish sauce (start with around 1.5 teaspoons, you can add more later).

Throw in an entire bag of organic, pre-washed spinach, add freshly ground pepper, saute for a few seconds until the spinach begins to wilt.
Eat on it's own if you're on a Paleo Diet or with brown rice if you can't give up your carbs like me!
