What I Wore Today: Thread Ready

This is what I wore to get my eyebrows done yesterday. I wanted to be comfortable since I was already very tense about the threading that was about to happen...
I'm wearing really old cargo's from many years back. I wish they were skinnier but oh well, beggars can't be choosy... especially jobless beggars!
My shirt is new though! Thank you to my dear friends P and F who got this for me from Mango in Hong Kong. They also got me an equally rocking bracelet! I don't know why, but they seem to enjoy giving me stuff and I must say, I am very happy and grateful to be on the receiving end of their undying affection! Kisses to both of you, hope you like how i wore it! =)

...in my very old but still very much a favorite, Blondie hoodie

ps. For Philippine readers: this just in! government says this summer's gonna be a wet one with more than 11 typhoons this year so if you haven't got your rainboots yet, this is the best year to invest in a pair! was in Tory Burch yesterday, they have really pretty ones but if you're on a budget try readyforrain.com or SM dept stores =)

Did you get your eyebrows threaded? Or just waxed. I really like threading. I'm trying to learn to do it myself but it's a bit difficult.

I love the shoes. Very cute :)

I LOVE your shoes and your bag! And those cargos look great with those shoes. I tried threading once, and it was so painful, but definitely better than waxing!
kerrie....when were you last here for a visit? thanks for following! =)
yasmeen and amy...got them threaded in browhaus. i have been having them waxed for the longest time because of an extremely painful threading experience in basement salon before but this time around in browhaus, was a very pleasant visit. the girls who do the threading are real experts. the pain is very minimal and my eyebrows are now architecturally shaped. will post a before and after in a few. =)

I love Mango brand too, and it's so hard to find a store here. You have done an amazing job pairing it up with the cargo! (:
