vintage vibes in red circle skirt
Hi guys! I know it's been awhile since my last outfit post and I really missed doing it myself. It's just that I've been so pre-occupied these past few weeks with other things plus the humid weather wasn't helping at all. Add to that a lack of inspiration...but I'm not sure if that's the right term, it's like I just don't feel like dressing up lately and each time I glance at my closet's contents, I'm just like blaaah. Can anyone out there relate?
I hope that stump is over though cause this is what I really enjoy doing most on the blog.
Anyhoo, was still feeling quite lazy when I wore this ensemble out to the Bauhaus X Kickers launch hence the solitary block colors of red and black. This red circle skirt just came in the mail recently from Romwe and I guess the most no-brainer thing to pair it with was black. Still on the lazy theme, didn't feel like tucking my shirt in so I just knotted it at the waist, 50's style, combined with my beloved Pinkbox hair puff, my look was unintentionally brought 60 years back to exude a somewhat vintage/rockabilly vibe.
So there, how are you all? Hope everyone's doing good. I'd just like to thank you for the influx of positive comments these past few weeks. It's making me feel all warm and special inside, really appreciate it. :)
